An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced C&B professional to join the management team at a leading North Dublin four-star property. This is a very busy meeting destination for both corporate and leisure events with very high standards of service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing and coordinating the C&B department
* Managing all large events such as conferences, private parties, and social events
* Liaising with customers and sales teams to ensure the smooth running of all in-house events
* Coordinating and rostering the C&B team
* Motivating and developing the team through staff training, team meetings, and appraisals
* Covering duty management shifts on the front of house as required
This is a management role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer care skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of two to three years' experience in a similar role is essential.
