The Role
This is a great opportunity to join us and take on a challenging role as a Cleaning Contract Manager based at Allen & Overy Shearman, Belfast.
You will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager and be responsible for the operational and financial management of all existing units that fall within the A&O Shearman contract.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing staff through audits, regular meetings, mentoring and support
* Contract auditing and client liaison
* Motivating and leading a team of managers, team leads and supervisors to deliver and maintain a high-quality service
* Efficient financial management of client business within agreed budgets
