Red Chair Recruitment are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for our clients, a construction company based in Tralee, Co. Kerry.
The successful candidate will handle various quantity surveying activities, including estimating, procurement, feasibility studies, tender evaluations, issuing tender packages, cash flow projections, post-contract cost control, and project monitoring and any other duties required.
Requirements:
1. A Qualification in Estimating or Quantity Surveying is a requirement.
2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, experience in groundworks and utilities is advantageous.
3. Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Dropbox etc.
4. Process orientated and strong attention to detail.
