Financial Services Sales Support
This role provides administrative support to the Lead Financial Advisor in relation to new Life, Pension, and Investment business processing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate pre-sales documentation for financial advisors.
* Produce quotations for protection and pension products.
* Process new business applications with various life companies and providers.
* Manage the new business pipeline, follow up outstanding items, and liaise between life companies and clients.
* Regularly report sales pipeline progress to management.
* Handle existing business queries from clients.
* Build and maintain excellent client relationships through regular communication.
* Ensure efficient use of the CRM system (Wealthtrack/BIS).
* Reconcile commission statements from product providers.
* Support the financial advisor in developing and growing existing business.
* Adhere to company policies, including regulatory, professional, and legal requirements.
Candidate Requirements:
* Demonstrate knowledge of the investment and pensions market.
* Hold 3-5 years industry experience.
* Be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Ability to work independently.
* Prior experience as a broker is preferred but not essential.
* QFA qualification or working towards it is required.
