About the Role
Join our Client Development Team and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including Partners and Sector Leads, to drive client development and market growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Gain a thorough understanding of client priorities and strategies to deliver maximum value.
* Work closely with Partners and Client Teams to foster a winning culture around key clients and targets.
* Support the business planning process for designated Key Accounts.
* Lead the implementation of best-in-class client development practices within key industries and accounts.
* Keep the team informed with relevant industry news and events, encouraging knowledge sharing and networking.
* Promote a feedback-driven culture across the company through client experience initiatives.
* Contribute to defining and executing sector growth strategies.
Requirements
* Significant experience (minimum 5+ years) in business development within a law firm or similar professional services organisation.
* Strong understanding of sales methodologies with proven application.
* Proven success in generating revenue through new relationships and developing account/sector strategies.
* Expertise in managing multiple senior stakeholders effectively.
* Solid grasp of data analytics and data models.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
