To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with a Quality Management System and carrying out audits with a desire to continue learning and advancing.

Requirements:
* Have previous experience working in an ISO Quality Management System (ideally ISO13485) manufacturing environment to GMP requirements would be an advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and administration skills with the ability to interact effectively with auditors, customers, and suppliers.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work on your own initiative and in a team environment.
* Strong research and problem-solving skills, disciplined in collecting information and supporting root cause investigation for non-conformances.
* Excellent PC skills with a strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software packages.
* Process & Equipment Validation Qualification is an advantage.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Monitor and coordinate the quality management system and performance.
* Review, compile, and analyse quality data.
* Instruments, gauges, etc. calibrations/verifications and report any discrepancies.
* Identify non-conformances and quality issues, report them to management, and assist in root cause investigation and implementation of corrective actions.
* Develop and draft Standard Operating Procedures and Controlled Documents, plus manage Change Control requests and train relevant staff on new and revised Quality System requirements arising from this.
* Support and participate in all audits – customer, regulatory authority, and internal audits.
* Report to management and communicate with customers and suppliers on all matters pertaining to quality, ensuring that customer requirements are determined and met.
* Facilitate the promotion of awareness of regulatory and customer requirements throughout the organisation.
* Assist with the preparations for the Management Review meetings and preparation of relevant reports, schedules, etc.
* Prepare certificates of conformity.
* Support Process & Equipment Validation projects.
* Support the development and continuous improvement of quality and production-related processes and procedures.
