As the second hire within the HR team, you will be instrumental in supporting the smooth operation and continuous development of all HR functions across the organisation.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be involved in various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, training and development, employee relations, and HR administration.

#LI-Hybrid Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Collaborate and partner with hiring managers to drive the end-to-end recruitment process.
Recruitment Management: Create and manage job postings across various platforms, source and screen candidates using applicant tracking systems (ATS), and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Onboarding: Enhance and execute a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
This includes preparing offer letters, conducting orientation, and completing and filing all onboarding documents.
Employee Lifecycle Management and Support: HR Queries: Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries from employees, providing prompt and accurate information.
HR Administration: Manage and maintain all HR data, including employee records, invoicing, and other HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, confidentiality, and timely updates across all systems.
Support the Head of HR in managing employee transitions, including promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, return of company assets, and processing final payroll.
Assist with monthly payroll support and preparation by providing relevant data (e.g., new hires, terminations, status changes).
HRIS Management: Manage and update the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and the efficient flow of information.
Office Management: Ownership of the day-to-day office operations.
Training, Development & Engagement: Training Coordination: Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.
Support the Head of HR in identifying and addressing employee development needs, and coordinating relevant training and development opportunities.
Engagement Initiatives: Assist in the planning and executing of employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
Culture Building: Support initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
Act as an ambassador for our company culture, promoting engagement and inclusivity.
Employee Relations and Compliance: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, escalating issues to the Head of HR as necessary.
Provide support in resolving employee relations issues.
Policy Implementation: Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure that all policies are up-to-date and comply with local labour laws.
Documentation & Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate HR documentation and preparing reports as required.
Your Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
CIPD accreditation is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Experience with recruitment is essential.
Strong technical skills with experience using Google Suite.
Knowledge of Irish labour laws and regulations.
Knowledge of UK/US legislation is a bonus.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other HR software.
Experience with Personio is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for HR and a strong desire to grow and develop in the field.
