Located in Limavady, Ballyoan House provides 24-hour staff support services for adults with mental health issues.
About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified professional to manage our supported living accommodation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing care and support to tenants, promoting their independence and well-being.
Essential Criteria:
* A first-level registered nurse on the appropriate part of the NMC register or a professional Social Work qualification and registered with NISCC.
* A minimum of four years' work experience in any health or social care setting working with vulnerable adults.
* Two years previous management experience including staff management, financial management, and administration or a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services and registered or willing to register with NISCC.
Responsibilities:
* Providing care and support to tenants.
* Promoting independence and well-being among tenants.
* Managing staff and resources.
* Coordinating services and activities for tenants.
