We are now recruiting for a Project Manager NGO Strategic & Community Enterprise .
The NGO Partnerships Manager plays a key role in expanding the organisation's reach and impact by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with NGOs at a national level.
This role fosters collaboration with external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organisation's mission and strategic goals.
By leveraging partnerships, the manager enhances service delivery, drives joint initiatives, and secures additional resources and funding opportunities.
Additionally, they will monitor partnership performance, represent the organisation in national forums, and contribute to sector-wide advocacy and collaboration efforts.
Responsibilities Proactively research, identify, and establish strategic partnerships with NGOs at a national level to support program expansion and impact.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with NGO partners to foster collaboration and shared objectives.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to align partnerships with the organisation's mission, goals, and national strategy.
Leverage partnerships to enhance service delivery, develop joint initiatives, and maximise the reach and effectiveness of programs.
Identify partnership opportunities that bring additional resources, expertise, or funding to strengthen organisational initiatives.
Track and assess the impact of NGO partnerships, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators and organisational objectives.
Represent the organisation in national forums, conferences, and working groups to build visibility, influence sector-wide discussions, and strengthen collaborative networks.
Ad hoc tasks as required.
What you'll need 3 years experience in a similar partnership or project management role.
Previous experience working in the NGO or charity sector desirable.
Proven ability to identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships, preferably within the NGO or non-profit sector.
Demonstrated experience in cultivating and maintaining long-term collaborations with external stakeholders.
Ability to align partnerships with organisational goals, ensuring mutual benefit and impact.
Experience in managing joint initiatives, enhancing service delivery, and maximising partnership effectiveness.
Proficiency in tracking partnership outcomes, assessing impact, and using data to drive continuous improvement.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and public speaking abilities to represent the organisation in national forums and working groups.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrate a passion for improving the lives of older people and commitment to ALONE's mission.
