Requirements: Minimum 2 years previous experience in an Accounts department essentialProven analytical ability arrived from a combination of work experience and academic endeavourHigh level of computer literacy a must (to help expedite report generation as required)Ability to operate as part of a country-functional teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFlexible and multi-tasking, with the ability to produce resultsSense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentDeadline-focused with the ability to prioritise tasksStrong organisational skills and a pleasant telephone mannerAbility to contribute to a positive working environmentExperience working with AMCS Elemos is a distinct advantageDuties & Responsibilities: Maintain allocated accounts, answering customer queries and liaising with Admin/Sales to resolve these queries effectivelyContact customers regarding outstanding paymentsProduce weekly and monthly Accounts Receivable reportsIssue monthly statementsApprove new accounts and request credit reportsIssue customers with credit holdAny other duties as assigned by the Credit Control Supervisor
