About the Role
Our client is a leading provider of HR, employment law, and health & safety consultancy services to small businesses. They are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Manager to support their webinar and sales teams by ensuring data accuracy, enrichment, and cleansing.
Responsibilities:
* Data Enrichment: Update records with insights from webinars and external sources (e.g., company size, phone numbers).
* Data Cleansing: Remove duplicates, eliminate incorrect entries, and maintain accurate lead sources.
* Work closely with the webinar team to refine data before leads are passed to sales.
* Assess and categorize data quality for future campaign optimization.
* Collaborate with the Head of Sales to meet data entry requirements.
* Keep detailed records of work in Excel and Salesforce.
Requirements:
* Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and adapt to new challenges.
