Business Analyst, Stranded Inventory Reduction Program

This role is based out of our Bangalore corporate office and is for a passionate, dynamic, analytical, innovative, hands-on, and customer-centric Business Analyst.
Key Job Responsibilities
This role primarily focuses on deep-dives, creating dashboards for the business, and working with different teams to develop and track metrics and bridges.
1. Design, develop and maintain scalable, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our analytical and business needs.
2. In-depth research of drivers of the Localization business.
3. Analyze key metrics to uncover trends and root causes of issues.
4. Suggest and build new metrics and analysis that enable better perspective on business.
5. Capture the right metrics to influence stakeholders and measure success.
6. Develop domain expertise and apply to operational problems to find solutions.
7. Work across teams with different stakeholders to prioritize and deliver data and reporting.
8. Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
2. 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
3. Experience with SQL or ETL.
4. Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Quick Sight / Tableau / Power BI or other BI packages.
5. Analytical skills – has the ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusions relevant to the business problem.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience with data visualization using Tableau or similar tools.
2. Experienced in Python.
3. Exposure to ETL and AWS like Redshift, S3, etc.
4. Expert-level proficiency in writing complex, highly-optimized SQL queries across large data sets.
