Job Summary
This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing house accounts, identifying opportunities to grow business from these accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at house accounts, including penetration of organizational structures beyond main points of contact.
* Understand customers' businesses and strategies, as well as our role within those organizations.
* Ensure timely follow-up on service issues and maintain action item lists for ongoing follow-ups.
* Grow business from existing house accounts by identifying new opportunities and executing sales strategies.
* Manage client profiles, territory maps, and other administrative tasks to support the growth of local branch services.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and issue resolution.
* Pursue process improvements and cost-effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
* High school degree or equivalent business qualifications.
* Minimum two years of experience in a similar role, preferably with Expeditors or a related industry.
* Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal abilities.
* Level one Account Management and Sales certifications.
* Proficiency in Expeditors' operating systems and PC skills, including word processing.
