We are hiring a Business Development Professional to spearhead our expansion into Ireland. As the Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for establishing our presence in the Irish market, acquiring new clients, and laying the groundwork for a successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. You will start from an existing list of prospects and build long-term relationships with installation companies nationwide.
2. You will actively search for new business opportunities.
3. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
4. You will prepare quotes, negotiate prices, and, most importantly, close deals!
5. You will collaborate with colleagues to find the best solutions for customers.
6. Report sales activities and progress to the General Manager and Sales Manager GPC.
Job Requirements
1. Hunting is crucial: Hunter mindset, attentive listening, structured sales funnel (SPANCO), and visit reports.
2. You are a self-starter, highly motivated, ambitious, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
3. You are a results-oriented professional who can learn quickly on your feet.
4. You will have the ability and drive to maintain a disciplined structured way of working.
5. You will have demonstrated experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
6. You are results-oriented and driven to achieve targets.
