Glenveagh IT Support Specialist
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team at Glenveagh, one of Ireland's leading homebuilders.

Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose, and solve hardware/software faults and escalate to the Head of IT when necessary.
* Manage the Glenveagh Active Directory infrastructure and Office 365 application suite.
* Install and configure applications and hardware when required, design and develop solutions to automate the delivery of these services and solutions to Glenveagh.
* Build, develop, and maintain comprehensive documentation, diagrams, and written instructions for the various systems and services deployed.
* Monitor and maintain various systems, printers, mobile devices, and networks across all the various Glenveagh sites.
* SUPPORT THE SETUP AND DELIVERY OF THE IT SERVICES ON NEW SITES AS REQUIRED. WORK CLOSELY WITH THE RESOURCES ON SITE TO ENSURE THE IT SERVICE IS MAINTAINED AND RELIABLE.
* Establish a good working relationship with other professionals within Glenveagh, ensuring that the IT department delivers a reliable, responsive, and high-quality service.
Requirements
* AD/TCP/IP Network knowledge desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Operating System.
* Full, clean drivers license - required.
* Strong planning & organisational skills.
* Ability to work around issues and be creative as regards problem solving.
* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
