Working with a client setting up a new operation in Ireland in Dublin City Centre requiring an experienced office manager to join the new team. Great opportunity with a great company who have been steadily growing and now entering the EU markets.
This role is an office based role.
The role:
* Support all senior stakeholders in the Business
* Responsible for the effective and successful management of the office in Ireland including employees onboarding, security, compliance & logistics.
* Plan community-building activities for team Ireland, incorporating corporate culture and employee wellbeing initiatives.
* Manage administrative activities to ensure the Irish office operates smoothly (e.g., pay bills, order supplies, track budget, etc.)
* Assist with recruitment efforts and logistics including candidate screening and scheduling.
* Lead day 1 onboarding for new hires
* Support Project Management Function through project reporting, project planning or other items by working at the direction of senior Project Manager and others.
* Maintain and manage communication and engagement with the team in HQ.
What you need to have:
* University bachelor’s degree or equivalent
* 2 plus years’ experience in Office, Project, HR, EA administrative role within an Enterprise or Corporate environment.
* Strong problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and will be supporting many different areas.
* Excellent project management skills and multi-tasking abilities, experienced with prioritisation in a fast paced environment
* Comfortable working with within a global team and structure.
* Excellent interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to autonomously and work well under pressure.
