They create digital and traditional marketing campaigns including print and signage for businesses across all industry sectors.
They are part of a network of design studios across Ireland and UK.
In this role you will join a small team that work from the Dublin studio.
As Business Development Executive, you will take responsibility for growing the business in Dublin.
Our client is seeking to hire an experience BDE with a proven experience in a business development role, crafting strategies to generate leads and identify new business opportunities, and building relationships with B2B clients.
Desired Experience: Proven background in business development and generating leads to develop and grow new business opportunities Experience in B2B consultative selling Strong communication skills and experience in relationship building Ability to achieve client's marketing and business goals and grow revenue streams.
Required Skills & Attributes: A driven and motivated self-starter.
Must have a proven track records in business development, identifying leads and implementing strategies to generate new business.
Demonstrable experience in reseaching new markets, lead generation, pipeline management and maximising on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive new business growth.
Possess a keen interest in business operations, commercials and client relations.
Excited about identifying the drivers behind successful businesses and implementing those.
Great at managing multiple projects across different stakeholders Key Responsibilities; To utilise the company software to analyse client data and trends, informing commercial decisions and strategy.
To identify and target new market opportunities and potential clients.
To achieve KPIs related to business growth, sales generation and customer satisfaction.
To explore and develop partnerships with other businesses to enhance service offerings and expand market reach.
To engage in consultative selling, working closely with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
To build strong, consultative relationships with clients to ensure their marketing and business objectives are met.
To lead sales processes including lead generation, pipeline management, and the identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
To build and maintain a strong network within the local business community.
To represent the Dublin studio at events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise the companys profile.
To manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate effectively with stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
To foster and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.
