The main responsibility for this role is to manage the everyday operations of a busy restaurant and provide exceptional customer service to guests.

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a Restaurant Manager/Supervisor role, preferably in a busy environment
* 1-2 years of experience working in a 4*/5* hotel restaurant
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
* Flexibility to work varying hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
