Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide top-tier technical support to our clients across Ireland.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Travel to customer sites nationwide to deliver technical support
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
* Provide high-quality customer service and technical expertise
* Maintain detailed records of actions taken and resolutions in Autotask
* Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week in 4)
Requirements:
* 5+ years of relevant experience in IT support or field service
* Strong knowledge of PCs, Windows operating systems, servers, and networking hardware
* A full, clean Irish driver's license
