About this Position: Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for building strong relationships and driving business growth? Henkel is looking for a dynamic National Account Manager to join our Irish Consumer Goods team.
What you´ll do:
1. Produce & update monthly rolling annual volume and spend forecasts.
2. Develop, agree and execute an annual Joint Business Plan with accounts to deliver the required business growth and internal stretch plan.
3. Maximize the breadth & depth of distribution of company products in line with Commercial account plan targets in designated accounts.
4. Achieve net sales & profit targets as agreed with line management.
5. Operate within agreed budget levels controlling all elements of trade spend investment.
6. Evaluate all promotional activity to ensure achievement of financial objectives.
7. Establish positive & proactive relationships / joint working practices with the designated customers through effective cross-functional networking.
8. Monthly customer meetings to review performance and plan for continued future growth.
