Pastry Chef – 4* Grand Hotel, Malahide
We are looking for a full-time Junior Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative flair, excellent attention to detail, and some experience in the pastry section of a large hotel.
Responsibilities will include:
1. Dessert and pastry preparation
2. Service and presentation of all pastries
3. Ordering of stock for pastry section
4. Creativity and menu design regarding pastries
5. Responsible for hygiene and compliance within the pastry section
6. Responsible for stock control within the pastry section
7. Assisting in other areas of the kitchen as and when required.
