Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to support our client's recruitment needs for a 6-month maternity leave contract.
Responsibilities:
* Schedule and coordinate onsite, phone, and virtual interviews across multiple time zones and locations.
* Meet and greet candidates during onsite interviews.
* Coordinate candidate travel deadlines and SLAs.
* Maintain data on applicant tracking systems throughout recruitment processes.
* Recommend improvement opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and process efficiencies.
* Develop strong stakeholder relationships.
* Analyse scheduling reports to track and identify trends.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience through each recruitment process.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of Recruiting Coordination experience.
* Bachelor's Degree.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Familiarity with scheduling in multiple time zones and regions.
* Ability to manage relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates.
* Experience with Microsoft Office software or similar.
* Experience with HR software and coordination scheduling systems.
