Your responsibilities: Provides client and internal support, whilst meeting monthly KPIs.Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions.Support for the Sales department, including management of sales material and account management.Coach customers to be product experts so they become increasingly self-sufficient.Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Qualifications2+ years’ experience working in an office-based customer service role.A commitment to delivering first class customer service in a highly commercial environment.A technical thinker who enjoys deep diving into a bug or issueAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Previous experience in Salesforce desirable but not essentialAdditional InformationYour benefitsWe’re a community here that cares as much about your life outside work as how you feel when you’re with us.
