Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Operational Support professional to join our dynamic team in Dublin. This role is crucial to driving financial accuracy, supporting business operations, and enhancing efficiency. It requires a self-motivated and confident individual with strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead monthly financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and job profitability.
* Oversee monthly invoicing for both client (outgoing) and contractor/sub-consultant (incoming) payments.
* Manage annual budgets, fee projections, and associated tracking processes.
* Provide expert support for the effective use of D365, ensuring accurate financial processing and forecasting.
* Conduct monthly commission reviews to evaluate performance, enhance margin, and improve commission returns.
* Support bid processes through commercial modelling and margin projection.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure trust and effective collaboration across teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
7-10 year industry experience and minimum of 3 years’ experience with D365, specifically in payments and forecasting.
Strong finance/accountancy background with proven expertise in cash flow management, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills for financial analysis and modelling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse stakeholders effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong prioritization and time management skills.
