An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Executive Assistant to support a newly established Financial Advisory firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the executive's diary and schedule, coordinating internal and external meetings, conferences, staff meetings, and events.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to understand business needs and priorities.
* Assume various ad-hoc duties to establish and maintain the new office, including IT, phone systems, email and postal correspondence, stationery, and office equipment procurement.
* Support departmental induction for new staff, assisting with recruitment and training processes.
* Arrange domestic and international travel for the team.
* Provide assistance with reporting internally and externally in collaboration with the Managing Director and their group.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced professional environment.
* Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders' needs.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Establishing and maintaining office systems.
