Requirements This Role Development of long-term and strategic marketing plans - This should be done with the commercial team, MD, and other relevant stakeholders.
Ensure these strategic plans are rolled out and tracked. Commercial Strategy - Develop and implement marketing plans that align with service and organizational strategic business goals. Manage commercial marketing, including value proposition & industry positioning. Manage ATC exposure through relevant social media and other outlets. To strategically plan, develop and implement various initiatives externally to enhance company visibility and promote our business. Collaborate with stakeholders to shape brand and communications foundations and direction.
External Communication – Developing key messaging and targeting of selected audiences via multiple channels, heavily weighted toward social media (linkedin).
Contribute to customer presentations, including design and review. Evaluate campaign results and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance. Utilize data-driven insights to provide analysis and recommendations for improving campaign performance. Internal Communication - Communication of marketing and commercial strategies across the business.
Manage campaign execution and roll-out, including overseeing collateral design, digital and events strategies – internally and externally. Manage marketing budgets, measure, and report on effectiveness via KPIs. Use of analytics resources for strategic and planning purposes Manage relationships and budgets with external providers. Website content management and redesign Ad hoc projects as required. Candidate Requirements A minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role. A strong interest and relevant experience in managing marketing activities, communications campaigns, and social media strategies.
Strategic thinking that can take broad concepts and vision to develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and then effectively execute those plans Ability to translate the marketing strategy into operational plans within set timeframes.
Ability to pull together presentations, whether they be internal or external focused Previous demonstratable Marketing experience, preferably.
Works well within their own team but is a proven collaborator with colleagues outside of their function Self-driven, organized and ambitious Excellent communicator with the ability to liaise at all levels High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Ambitions, with an ability to work on one's own initiative.
