Job Purpose and Scope
This position is support / general office administration as it applies to Kerrigan Mechanical Ltd. The required hours to be covered are 9.00am to 5.00pm Mon to Fri.
Accountabilities
* Ad-hoc secretarial duties as they arise.
* Provide cover for reception and other general office duties.
* Administration tasks to include: copying, scanning, laminating along with other tasks as required.
* Answering calls / operating the switchboard, diverting calls to relevant parties or taking and distributing messages for the appropriate person.
* Staying on top of emails and dealing with them accordingly..
* Any Ad-hoc Projects/requests that may arise.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and flexible approach to work
IT skills - Excel, Word, Outlook.
Experience using Sage 50 Accounts preferable, and ability to learn new systems as we use a number of different systems.
