Main Responsibilities:
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, including requests for account support or potentially abusive content.
* Utilize market knowledge and insights to improve the support of our client's community of users.
* Analyze data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience.
* Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues to the global team.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions.

Location and Schedule:
The office is located in Dublin South, offering a convenient and accessible workspace. A five-day week schedule, usually Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and Bank Holidays to ensure coverage.
Shifts are available in Day or Evening teams, with no rotations. Your chosen shift will be permanent.
