Job Title: Kitchen Porter
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Kitchen Porter with a proven track record of achieving success in previous roles to join our team at Aramark Food Services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services in line with Aramark brand standards.
* Clean BOH and FOH areas, crockery, and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so.
* Maintain a clean and tidy counter, light equipment, preparation, and public areas.
* Assist with cleaning duties within a Mess Area and associated blocks at the site.
* Report any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during work to the line manager.
* Complete daily paperwork as assigned.
* Keep accurate records as required.
* Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
* Participate in relevant training as needed.
Required Qualifications:
* Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 is desirable but not essential; relevant training will be provided.
* Barista training may be required for specific jobs.
* BICs training for cleaning duties is desirable but not essential.
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
