Prescient Fund Services (Ireland) Limited is authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland as a UCITS Management Company and as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager. We have an exciting opportunity for candidates with a keen interest in Investments, to work closely with the Designated Persons for Investment Management and Investment Fund Risk. Key Responsiblities: Support the Designated Persons for Investment Management and Investment Fund Risk in overseeing the Prescient fund ranges. Assistance with the preparation of Investment and Fund Risk Committee Reports and Board Reports, attending as required. Develop a deep and thorough investment understanding of the funds and their strategies. Collation and review of daily and monthly fund performance, escalating to the Designated Person when appropriate Ensuring delivery of Investment Manager Delegates reporting within agreed SLAs and review for accuracy and reasonability. Working with the wider Prescient Group Due Diligence Team to coordinate site visits of Investment Manager Delegates, arranging due diligence questionnaires to be completed and supporting document and policies from Investment Manager Delegates Supporting new Fund approvals and launches and assist in coordination of CP86 New Fund checklist to be completed by Investment Manager Delegates including review of model portfolios. Contribute to and review the sustainable investment policies of the funds. Co-ordinate breach and error reporting to CBI, board of directors and other stakeholders. Assistance with investment restriction monitoring and reporting processes with Prescient Analytics and coordination of exception reporting. Ensure strong reporting flows and communication to facilitate efficient oversight for the investment management function. Ensure funds meet all regulatory requirements, including EMIR and SFDR Ideal skills and experience 2-3 years + related experience in Financial Services where you have gained relevant exposure to Fund Administration / working with an investment team Understanding of the investment strategy and risks in a fund Knowledge of UCITS, AIFs and Fund regulatory requirements an advantage, but not a requirement Strong MS Office skills in particular Excel and Word A relevant Tertiary Qualification(s) / working towards a CFA or similar qualification is essential. This role suits a self-starter with a strong interest in the investment market. Excelletn attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills are ssential.
