Job Title: Collections Planner

Description
We are seeking a well-organised and detail-oriented individual to join our transport team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring timely and cost-efficient collection of products across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversight of day-to-day operations, including managing bookings and coordinating fleet resources.
* Effective communication with customers and drivers via telephone and email.
* Organisation and prioritisation of workload to meet deadlines.
* Geographical knowledge of Ireland to ensure efficient route planning.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the transport industry.
* Strong customer service skills, with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
