At K Leisure, we are committed to providing top-class fitness, swimming, and wellness facilities to our community.
We are now looking for an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our leisure centre, with specific responsibility for our swimming pool department.
This role involves leading a team of lifeguards, swim instructors, and fitness professionals while ensuringhigh standardsin customer service, health & safety, and operational efficiency.
What You will Do: Oversee the daily operations of the leisure centre, including fitness areas, reception, sales, and pool management.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of lifeguards and swim instructors, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
Ensureourhigh health & safety standardsare metacross the facility.
Manage the centres budget, scheduling, and resources tomaintainsmooth operations.
Drive customer engagement and ensure visitors have a five-star experience at K Leisure.
Contribute to strategic projects, such as training initiatives, audit preparations, and facility improvements.
Act as a key decision-maker during your shift, resolving issues efficiently.
What We are Looking For: Experience in a leisure, fitness, or hospitality management role (minimum 3 years preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proventrack recordof motivating staff.
A lifeguard qualification (desirable but not essential) or a willingness to complete training.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
A passion for fitness, wellness, and community engagement.
Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations in a leisure setting.
