We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join the Maldron Hotel Tallaght team.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, presenting a friendly and professional image at all times.
* Register guests and process payments in a timely and efficient manner.
* Provide accurate and helpful information on hotel facilities and local tourist attractions.
* Take responsibility for securing room keys and updating guest information in our computer system.
* Confirm and manage reservations for our guests.
Requirements
* Exceptional customer care skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our guests.
* Able to work independently, using initiative to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Coping well under pressure, with a calm and composed demeanor in high-stress situations.
