Job Title: Channel Account Manager
Location: Dublin (Hybrid, 2 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
2. Negotiate trade terms and funding in alignment with category strategies.
3. Manage key events like product launches, price changes, and trade term breaches.
4. Develop and implement customer and joint business plans with internal teams.
5. Create and execute promotional plans, ensuring customer alignment.
6. Oversee investments, ensuring agreements are documented.
7. Work with trading executives on promotion administration.
8. Manage new product launches and ensure smooth in-store activations.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. 3 years of relevant account management experience is required.
2. Experience with managing accounts at a National level is advantageous.
3. Strong commercial background with exposure to P&L management.
4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
5. Previous experience in leading and developing direct reports is a plus, but not essential.
Additional Information:
1. Regular travel and occasional overnight stays are required.
2. A full driving license is essential.
3. Regular attendance at the Dublin office is expected.
