KNOW THE ROLE
1. Providing exceptional standards of customer service surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following our Selling Ceremony.
2. Target and KPI focused.
3. Demonstrating and reflecting the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behaviour.
4. Developing a detailed knowledge of the product including construction, materials, care and design in order to provide exceptional and knowledgeable customer service.
5. Participating in, and representing Jimmy Choo during promotional events and activities.
6. Ideas and suggestions to the team to achieve improvements in all aspects of the boutique performance.
7. Demonstrating a constant awareness and actively striving to achieve key performance indicators to increase boutique performance and reach individual and store targets.
8. Actively ensuring merchandise presentation always reflect VM standards and general tidiness and cleanliness of the boutique.
CRM
9. Building, developing and maintaining your own client database ensuring repeat visits and customer loyalty.
10. Resolving customer complaints promptly and successfully by investigating problems, developing solutions and making appropriate recommendations to the store management.
11. Playing an active role in replenishing stock according to company procedures and policies.
12. Maintaining effective stock controls to ensure continued stock supply and ensure stock record accuracy
13. Participating and supporting the team in stock takes as and when required.
14. Take responsibility of designated stock/category and maintain the high standards.
General
15. Attending and participating in all store meetings and training events as required ensuring good communication is maintained.
16. Communicating all potential Health and Safety issues to the Store Manager and complies with Jimmy Choo Safety and Security procedures.
17. Supporting the Store management in any back of house and administrative operations as requested.
18. Demonstrating flexibility by supporting the store management in any other ad-hoc duties as might reasonably be required in the successful running of the boutique.
19. Supporting the Management Team with successfully running and managing the day-to-day operations of the boutique including but not limited to customer relationships, store administration, stock management and visual merchandising.
20. Ensure all back of house standards are always maintained both in the communal areas and stock room.

21. Actively implementing and following our required procedures, standards and policies as outlined in Retail Excellence and as communicated by the Company.
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
22. Demonstrable success gained as a sales consultant with a recognized brand.
23. Luxury brand experience in a retail environment preferable
24. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
25. Fluent English
26. Additional languages advantageous
27. Demonstrable sales skills
28. Knowledge and understanding of the luxury market, customer service and fashion.
29. Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
