Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and assess clients' financial needs, both for new and existing customers.
* Provide tailored mortgage and financial product recommendations, ensuring full adherence to compliance regulations and company standards.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
* Continuously develop and enhance industry knowledge and expertise.
* Stay informed on the latest financial products and services to offer the best advice.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a focus on quality service and compliance.
Required Experience and Skills:
* QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) certification or working towards it.
* At least 2 years' experience in a client-facing, target-driven sales role, preferably in mortgages or financial services.
* Proven success in meeting sales targets and providing exceptional client service.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
* Highly self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work on your own initiative.
* A solid work ethic and a commitment to offering quality, compliant financial advice.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
