Job Title: Clinical Trials Analyst Location: Dublin or Limerick (Hybrid 3 days onsite 2 from home) Salary: DOE Summary: Our tech client is hiring for an experienced Clinical Trials Analyst to work from their Dublin or Limerick based office.
This will be a great opportunity for someone to join a Tech company and involve themselves in a clinical Trials position within a niche tech company that is thriving.
The ideal candidate will hold previous experience in performance metrics, analytics along with clinical research experience.
Responsibilities: Collaborate directly with stakeholders to outline needs and flag any challenges.
Own requests from end-to-end, starting with requirements gathering to stakeholder deliverables / presentations Perform standard and customized data analysis to support stakeholder needs/requests Provide data-based actionable insights empowering stakeholders to effectively measure performance, establish improvement goals, comprehend relationships between variables, predict outcomes and make strategic decisions Serve as a product and clinical trial subject matter expert resource for the company and provide support across multiple departments within the organization Work to establish measurable and actionable KPIs, developing appropriate tracking mechanisms Continually assess stakeholder feedback and business performance to help identify value opportunities, identifying opportunities to expand capabilities to leverage additional data and/or better use of existing solutions Communicate analytic solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner and anticipate critical business questions to support Translate complex data into simple conclusions that empower teams to make decisions and take action Act as a leader within the Growth team, supporting colleagues with knowledge sharing, as well as providing support and guidance when delegating activities Any additional duties as defined and agreed with line manager Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's degree an advantage 4+ years of professional experience in performance metrics & analytics, preferably in the clinical research space Experience working for life science technology company preferred Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements and proposing solutions Understanding of global drug development, clinical trial process and ICH/GCP guidelines Working knowledge of existing landscape of Life Science technologies, applications Data analysis skills with advanced proficiency leveraging Excel or similar analytical tool(s).
Experience with data visualization via Tableau, Qlik Sense, QuickSight or Power BI an advantage Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring superior skills in critical thinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines Flexibility to travel when needed Should you require any support or assistance, please contact your local Gi Group office.
