We are recruiting a Part-time EA to work for the CEO of a public sector medical organization based in the Dunlaoghaire area.
Suitable candidates must be available within 1-2 weeks as this role is an ongoing contract part-time role. 17.5 hrs - 20 hrs per week, Monday - Friday (mornings).
Duties:
1. Managing the CEO's diary
2. Scheduling appointments
3. Typing reports
4. Liaising with Senior Management
5. Gatekeeping
6. Other administrative tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
To apply for this role, you must have a minimum of 3-4 years of previous PA/EA experience. Experience working within the public sector would be beneficial.
This is a grade V role, salary circa €50k pro rata.
