The Technology Strategy Execution Manager will play a key role in supporting the execution and monitoring of the execution of the Bank's Technology strategy and embedding understanding across the wider function and Bank. The Technology Strategy is not just the What but also the Why, How, Who, and When. The role requires a critical thinker with sound understanding of Technology transformation, excellent facilitation and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multi-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, a passion for Technology, and the ability to simplify complex topics for a broader audience.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Planning
1. Facilitating workshops to support the Technology Leadership Team in developing and refining the longer-term Technology Strategy roadmaps that align with strategic business objectives.
Governance and Reporting
1. Developing, monitoring, and reporting on Strategic KPIs, KRIs, and OKRs for the function to required stakeholders and committees.
Strategic Communications
1. Lead the crafting and delivery of clear, compelling messages and communications to bring the strategy to life for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2. Develop communications plans that explain the value and impact of the Strategy and underlying initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
2. 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a technology, finance, or corporate environment.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical information for a general audience.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
5. Familiarity with strategy development approaches and techniques.
6. A passion for technology and an interest in keeping up with industry trends and innovations.
This is a Permanent position based in Dublin. (Hybrid options available within the Republic of Ireland)
