Commercial Heat Pump Manager. Our client seeks an experienced and motivated Commercial Heat Pump Manager to join an exciting and market-leading specialist in the Renewable Energy Sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' business development experience, preferably within the construction or allied industry. This role requires a strong technical background & is highly target-driven individual who can work independently to drive growth and expand the client base in the quickly growing commercial heat pump sector. Competitive salary plus car, bonus, pension & benefits. This person will be mostly on the road but with a home base in Dublin. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets. Roll out CPDs to Mechanical Consultants, specifiers, developers, County Councils, OPW, etc. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share within sector. Managing inventory & forecasting Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Take ownership of projects from specification & quotation to final installation Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success. Report on sales performance and provide insights on market developments Qualifications & Experience requirements: Minimum 5 years of business development experience, ideally in construction sales. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong technical, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of commercial heat pumps an advantage. Target-driven and results-oriented.
