Job Title: Senior Customer Service Representative

Abrivia is currently recruiting for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our client, a leading Irish-owned Insurance Group, based in South Dublin.
The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance and will be APA qualified.
Working within the Customer Service department, this role focuses on retaining customers, managing insurance policies, and delivering excellent service to all personal lines customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Proficient in all areas of personal lines, including renewals, processing mid-term adjustments, and handling post-sale customer inquiries.
2. Establishing strong rapport with customers.
3. Focusing on business retention and consistently meeting renewal targets.
4. Maintaining up-to-date data on applied relay systems.
5. Addressing all customer requests efficiently and in a timely manner.
6. Delivering exceptional customer service.
7. Executing administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Requirements:
8. APA Insurance qualification minimum.
9. 2+ years experience working in personal lines insurance.
10. Applied system (Relay) knowledge is highly advantageous.
11. Possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions.
12. Demonstrate high motivation and maintain a positive outlook, contributing to a dynamic and uplifting work environment.
