Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Project Management Oversight: Oversee all operations ensuring effective coordination between support departments and operations. Refine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are met.Resource planning: Build, lead and mentor project teams and support staff. Devise resource strategies and CAPEX planning for the business based on short term and long term business plans.Stakeholder Management: Identify, develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and directors. Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.Sustainability: Develop, embed and align our ESG commitments with mandated requirements and carbon reduction goals.Financial Oversight: Develop and manage the company business plan with the commercial director, ensuring that all operations meet forecasts and business plans, measured quarterly.
