The Role:
As Person in Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of duties within our centre daily, in line with regulations. This includes:
* Ensuring Personal Plans, Risk Assessments and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date
* Providing the highest quality of care and support to our service users
* Meeting regulation compliance in accordance with Health Act 2007 (Care and Support of Residents in Designated Centres for Persons (Children and Adults) with Disabilities) Regulations 2013
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
* Managing a team to provide support to our service users
* Coordinating input from other individuals, such as members of the Clinical Team and departmental supports
* Mentorship and leadership to your team
* Overseeing the service across shifts to ensure effective and efficient delivery
* Familiarity with and adherence to local safety statements, company policies and procedures, and infection control standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Level 7/8 degree in a health or social related qualification (or equivalent qualification with management qualification in healthcare)
* Full clean driver's license
* Minimum 3 years managerial experience in a similar health or social care setting
