Lead Early Careers Event Coverage: Cover graduate and campus events with energy and creativity, turning them into dynamic content pieces that attract the next generation of talent. Background in Marketing or Communications: A background in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline, with a solid foundation in strategy and creativity. Creativity and Strong Writing Skills: You thrive on turning ideas into action and have a talent for writing clear, engaging copy for web, social and blogs aimed at diverse audiences. Social Media Savvy: You understand the power of social media and have experience running or managing brand accounts, including experience in scheduling, publishing and analytics tools such as hootsuite, sprinklr or sprout social to measure engagement and impact. Digital Marketing experience: You have a good understanding of digital marketing concepts and experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator), or video editing software to develop high-quality visual and multimedia content.
