Key Responsibilities
* Support and execute experimental design, data analysis, and interpretation to resolve complex cell culture deviations.
* Contribute to process improvement and troubleshooting with an end-to-end product focus.
* Provide technical support for investigations, new process introduction, or change implementation in commercial manufacturing operations.
* Author and review development operating procedures and technical reports.
* Apply Lean Six Sigma tools in the Process Sciences group.
About You
* You have experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably with practical knowledge of cell culture processing.
* You have expertise in drug substance process development, process characterization studies, mammalian cell technology, biochemistry, and cell biology.
* You have experience executing experimental programs in the laboratory.
* You possess working knowledge of statistical methods for DOE design and data analysis.
Requirements:
* Experience in biopharmaceutical industry (preferably cell culture processing).
* Drug substance process development and process characterization studies background.
* Mammalian cell technology, biochemistry, and cell biology knowledge.
* Working knowledge of statistical methods for DOE design and data analysis.
