Job Title: Principal Project Manager-Highways

The company provides design and contract management services for infrastructure projects such as roads, greenways, active travel, bridgeworks, rail, solid waste facilities, renewable energy, drainage, water, and wastewater treatment facilities, airports, tunnels, and gas pipelines.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Project Manager-Highways to join our Sustainable Infrastructure team in either of our Cork, Dublin, or Carlow offices.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience in the design and project management of highways, greenway, and infrastructure schemes, including delivering projects in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading multi-disciplinary design teams, ensuring projects are delivered to required timescales, quality, and budgets
* Supervising and mentoring senior and junior staff within the Infrastructure sector
* Preparation of technical reports and tender documents
* Planning and managing design work, working closely with Engineering Discipline Leads and Technicians
* Ensuring compliance with our quality assurance and management systems and relevant health and safety legislation
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and Chartered Engineer status
* 12 years post-graduate experience in the design and project management of highways, greenway, and infrastructure schemes
* Delivery of highway or greenway projects in accordance with TII Project Management Guidelines Phases 0 to 4
* Experience in the delivery of design and build projects
* Multidisciplinary design management experience
* Excellent communication, organisation, and analytical skills
* Flexibility and a good team player
