Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute outbound and inbound internet and phone campaigns to effectively engage with customers.
2. Ensure timely follow-up on all leads to maximize conversion rates.
3. Collaborate closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
Requirements
* Strong communication, organization, time management, computer, and basic math skills.
* Previous call center experience is highly valued but not required.
* Positive energy and eagerness to improve, coupled with a team player attitude.
* A competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals.
* Previous sales experience is beneficial.
* Ability and willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
