Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
* Assisting in conducting RFPs for new lines.
* Participating in term sheet negotiation and assisting in implementation.
* Ensuring all reporting line covenants are met and reviewing/uploading the relevant reports.
* Maintaining and submitting borrowing base/PDR report.
* Monitoring compliance of lines with fund prospectus and facility agreements.
* Submitting drawdown requests together with required documents.
* Ongoing optimization of the lines (new sub-facilities/increases, etc.).
* Preparing weekly summary reports.
* Chairing weekly credit line coordination calls.
* Maintaining internal databases.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
We seek applicants with 5+ years of work experience and a bachelor's degree from a top-tier college or university. The following factors will be beneficial:
* Previous experience with Credit Facilities.
* Demonstrated commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Highly motivated with a passion for the industry.
* Knowledge of the private debt sector is a plus.
* Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment.
* Good analytical skills with a flair for processes and strong IT skills.
* Ability to take initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities.
* Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieving target deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
