**Job Summary**
The Beechfield Care Group seeks an experienced Full-Time Group Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance management programs across 8 locations. The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, maintain property asset equipment registers, and ensure cost efficiencies through group-scale purchasing opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Management of all facilities' maintenance programs and maintenance staff
* Management and oversight of subcontractors' Planned Preventative Maintenance Service Level Agreements
* Maintenance of Nursing Homes Property Asset Equipment Register
* Reactive maintenance tasks management for cost efficiencies and group scale/purchase opportunities
**Requirements**
* Engineering/Technical degree qualification
* Demonstrable record of continuous personal development within the building/maintenance industry
* Minimum of 2 years experience in building service management
* Excellent awareness and quality management of Health & Safety, maintenance, and fire regulations
* MS Office Suite skills, particularly MS Excel and SharePoint programs
* Risk Assessments Experience drafting RAs and training other staff how to draft risk assessments
