Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support our client's HR function. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in recruitment and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administration support for all areas of the HR function, including talent acquisition, reward & recognition, performance management, employee engagement & relations, and learning & development.
* Talent Acquisition: advertising vacant positions on recruitment platforms/social media, ensuring timely shortlisting of applications by hiring managers, managing interview processes, and engaging with candidates.
* Maintaining personnel records, updating our internal HR database, and issuing HR documentation in a timely manner.
* Supporting the onboarding and induction of staff, monitoring and documenting staff probationary periods.
* Coordinating exit interviews for permanent staff members.
* Assisting with internship program coordination and administration.
* Coordinating and administering the company performance management system, 121 meetings, mid-year reviews, and follow-up reports.
* Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to our internal HR system and existing processes.
* Liaising with department managers and drafting timely delivery of internal staff communications.
* Ensuring compliance with employment law practices and championing HR best practice.
* Administering CPD courses for staff and supporting the supervision of interns assigned to the HR department.
Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in HR or CIPD qualification in HR.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
* Recruitment experience essential.
* Strong administration skills, ability to prioritize and multitask.
* Detail-oriented.
* Utmost integrity in handling confidential information.
* Strong people skills, clear communication style.
* Ability to be impartial and objective.
* MS Office proficiency - Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
